It is recommended that all reservations are made at least 10 days before arrival. Reservations are accepted via telephone, fax, and e-mail. All reservations should include the following details:
The kind and number of rooms desired
Name of Guests
The arrival date (with expected time of arrival) and the departure date
The name, telephone number, and e-mail address of the person making the reservation.
Reservations are corresponded with via e-mail in less than 48 hours in order to confirm the status of the reservation, whether it be confirmed or on a waiting list.
After the reservation is confirmed as available, the total cost should be payed for using the hotel’s bank account at least 6 days in advance to the arrival.
If the payement is not made in advanced the reservation run the risk of been canceled
In the case that the guest does not check-in to the hotel on the reserved date or cancel the reservation five days in advance, a penalty charge equivalent to a one-night rate in the hotel is charged to the guest.
In the case that the guest cancels his reservation 5 days or more in advance, the
Hotel charges a penalty fee of 40.00 Nuevo Soles for administrative costs.
In the case of the occurrence of uncontrollable circumstances prohibiting the guest from arriving to the hotel on the schedule date, no penalty is charged when a new date is scheduled for the guest.

Payments can be made directly to the Hotels Bank account.
